How does it work?

Upload a job (or sync from your ATS), pick an interview agent persona aligned to your role and employer brand, set the eligibility criteria, and launch. Candidates are screened through AI CV review and an on-demand phone/video interview, and you get structured scorecards, rankings, and next-step recommendations.

Can we conduct technical interviews?

Yes. snap-agents.ai runs both behavioral and technical interviews.

You configure it: define the critical skills/competencies, set difficulty (easy / moderate / hard), and add eligibility/knockout criteria per role. The agent then generates a structured interview with adaptive follow-ups:
- Behavioral uses the STAR method to evidence skills and behaviors.
- Technical probes any skill set (e.g., coding, data, cloud, security, analytics, finance) at the difficulty you set.

All interviews include transcripts, score rationales, and competency-weighted scores.

Can I hire any type of role or is there a limitation?

snap-agents.ai supports any role. This includes roles in tech, product, go-to-market, operations, finance, support, and more, across seniorities and regions. You can tailor skills, competencies, and culture fit criteria per role, department, and country.

Can I view questions asked by the AI agent?

Yes. You can review the full transcript (and audio/video where applicable), including the base questions and any adaptive follow-ups. Score rationales, competency breakdowns, and red/green flags are visible for calibration and QA.

Can I adjust how candidates are scored based on my requirements?

Absolutely. You can define your eligibility criteria and set key skills & competencies. Calibrate with sample profiles, then lock the rubric for consistency.

What’s the candidate experience like?

Candidates can complete interviews anytime by simply clicking on a unique link provided to them on either their mobile or desktop. They do not need to download any other software. Interviews are structured, respectful, and available in multiple languages to support global hiring. Candidates are also asked to rate their experience and provide feedback at the end of the interview.

Does this replace recruiters?

No. snap-agents.ai handles repetitive screening and first rounds so recruiters can focus on stakeholder alignment, closing, and candidate experience. Keep humans-in-the-loop to review scorecards, calibrate eligibility criteria, and make final decisions.

How do you handle data privacy, security, and fairness?
